
Industrial GP
Industrial GP is a Romanian company that supplies products and services for industrial applications. It provides integrated solutions for manufacturing, maintenance, and repair operations, which improve the reliability and safety of machine operation, as well as security and well-being of employees.
The company’s primary goal is to become a first supply choice for its customers by providing them high-quality goods and unique services that help them achieve their goals.
The challenge
The main need and objective was to provide a B2B platform where clients could place online purchases, manage their accounts, and have all order-related communications handled automatically.
The other purpose was to have an online B2C shop that would contribute to revenues growth and a better understanding of the market. In this way, they can target their B2B clients, but also get to know their B2C customers better.

The Solution
The current website was built to hold both the B2B and B2C requirements. Using the Dynamicweb All-in-One Business solution, we have integrated the eCommerce platform with Senior ERP and Mobilpay (Netopia).
We’ve implemented the solution in such a way that the customers may place orders whenever they want, and those orders go directly into their ERP system, notifying both the administrator and the client when an order is placed.











Results
The project has just been launched and the company is currently going through its first eCommerce experience.
For now, there is a period of analysis, in which we constantly assess the statistics and trends, being prepared to include and develop new functionalities if it is the case.
