The Sales Representative we are looking for is the type of person that sparkles the potential client’s interest from the first minute with their charisma, connecting with people on a personal level. They can easily turn a “no” into a “yes” and a “maybe” into a “definitely”, being driven by a desire to help people find solutions to their problems.
What you will do:
- Research the target industry to discover prospecting opportunities
- Plan and execute cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads
- Reach out to prospects through calls or emails to assess their needs
- Nurture the leads and understand their issues inside out
- Handle questions, rejections and objections
- Relationship management with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders to add value
- Negotiate and close multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
