What you will do:

• Plan and develop the project idea
• Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the project
• Identify and resolve issues that arise
• Ensure satisfaction with stakeholder
• Manage the software development projects and facilitate sprint releases
• Evaluate the performance of the project
• Handle effectively the projects with little or no supervision
• Review facilitation, verification, and validation of business analysis deliverables
• Identify and track changes in requirements, helping prioritize them, and making sure they can be traced
• Plan and build a communication strategy and channels considering stakeholder analysis results

What you need for this role:

Mandatory:

• Good understanding of eCommerce and technical expertise
• Positive attitude and effective communicator to convey ideas, expectations and information
• Highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines and resources
• Time, risk and budget management
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
• Fully fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask in a relatively small team

Preferred:

• An ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Willingness to work hard and persevere
• Intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness
