Golden Fish SRL is a Romanian entrepreneurship company, born as a family business, driven by the desire to bring to their partners and clients as many benefits as they can, by growing together day by day. During the 16 years of existence on the market, over 2.000.000 products were sold all over Romania through multiple physical shops, but also online in different marketplaces and online platforms.

The company owns 4 brands, among which we can find Micul Fermier - the brand that strives to bring an impact on the agriculture industry and not only, by providing a variety of products and services, such as different equipment that would help you on the field, but also in your own household. They see their clients as being passionate, skillful, and hard-working.

The challenge

Micul Fermier has been following a continuous upward trend in the 16 years of activity on the market and, therefore several needs appeared at the business level, which required fast and efficient solutions, in order to be able to support the growth in a sustainable way.

The company was looking for an online platform that could be connected to Microsoft NAV, its ERP system, but also a platform flexible enough to include both a B2B and a B2C business line. The team wanted to understand the online market better, so their business has  seamless growth, the reason why, in 2020, they started to look for the most suitable eCommerce solution for their requirements and needs.

Solution offered

Analyzing the demand and using a solution that overcomes the challenges that the company was facing, we have recommended the All-in-One Dynamicweb platform,  which is based on cutting-edge technology from Microsoft, allowing full sync options with their ERP system.

Our B2B solution serves the business in the distribution area, supporting the company in providing their dealers with real-time information for their business. Here, they can log in individually and access and manager their order.

As for the B2C solution, this represents their online shop, which allowed them to build a direct-to-customer relationship with their final clients, staying closer to the market.

Even though the websites are live, there is a constant development process in order to improve and adapt them persistently, by analyzing the data traffic and the statistics. Micul Fermier is always updated with the changes and trends in the market, implementing and adjusting new solutions alongside the DynamicWeb and Commergent teams, and being as close as possible to our partners and clients.


Firstly and most importantly, all our clients’ expectations were met during this project, which represents the greatest achievement. Even though the B2C market was a fully new experience for the company, it showed up to be a success, allowing the business to be very close to its customers and get to know directly their needs and tastes.
